Decorative MH lanterns at St Pancras Station

Outside one of the entrances to St Pancras station is an interesting collection of metal halide fittings made by Sugg, interestingly they feature 3 lamps and a tubular halogen lamp in the centre, presumably in case of a power outage when a re-strike is needed? These fittings seemed to be quite badly maintained, a fair few didn't work!
