This is just perfection! Cool , concrete columns in beautiful little town setting Very Happy nice shot!, I bet this looks so peaceful at night?

@Angryhorse: Too right so, it felt like what we used to have back Cool and whilst I was on the evening train back to Wernigerode from Nordhaussen Nord I saw some from the distance and they are ceramic metal halide as they had that obvious incandescent like glow

Could be self ballasted mercury... I quite like these. Looks like they've not got totally caught up in the LED plague yet
