StreetLight #242 Here's some odd ones I saw back in 2016..no they didn't get caught in a tornado, the poles are purposely made all crooked/bent like that. With the poles and the shape of the lights themselves (leaf-ish shaped) makes the whole thing look like some sorta strange plant. LOL (which is I'm assuming the effect they were going for) According to one of the guys on GOL, lanterns are Philips Lumec CPLM (top) / CPLS (bottom). Location: RTD Commuter Rail 'B' Line, Westminster CO Station.
