I guess if this ballast does actually drive the tube at full power, due to it being HF it should be brighter than SS? Just a guess though...

they are well made, but the clips are shit

they ok when new, but when weathered they are stiff as hell to get open and you break your nails, shit design not thought through, the rest of the fittings well made apart from the electronic ballast that dislikes insects
