That's quite poor, especially for running on HF. What production year/month are these ones?

Lasted better than the ones i've tested so far like. One lasted 2 months on Vivatronic before it chewed it up Laughing and the other went Mercury Starved after only 8 months use Rolling Eyes

These can be very hit and miss as far as I can tell. Some of the first EOL Russian ones I’ve seen

Have afew of these that won't strike on HF but are perfectly fine on SS Confused all even new ones seem to have a very slight flicker running on SS

That's a far cry from the Russian standards of quality production Razz and @patrick: It's because they also got the low mercury dosage standards that all new tubes get

got a box of 36w 827 Lumilux interna Russians, one used for at least 8 hours a day on a Transtar electronic start magnetic ballast & while looking a bit ripe, still going strong after 2+ years
