Urbis ZX1 thread repair
The threads in the casting that hold the gear tray/optics in were a bit iffy with one being completely knackered so I decided to drill out and re tap the threads to m6 and install stainless steel flanged allen bolts. safe to say the gear tray is now solid.

If you want or have to keep the same size fasteners then using a helicoil kit is ideal for thread repair. Certainly got me out of the shit a couple of times...
