The 2x 18W T8 portable with the 2x 8W + incandescent of the portable fluorescent lights

On left we have the 2x 18W with the 2x 8W + incandescent on the right

When it comes to using these portable fluorescent lights with a EM battery HF module driver/ballast, I only use cheap Chinese or easily replaceable European modern made tubes (e.g Philips TLD Polish made ones) because they do the cold cathode start up which results in sputtering of the electrodes = shortening lifespan/damaging the tube. So no vintage T5 or T8s will run in them
