It’s odd that years ago, our town used only GEC supersox but in Winsford where my nana lived, Vale Royal used Thorn
, I always remember as a kid, our street lights were always pink on start, but the ones in Winsford were a vivid red on start.

Bet these would last a while unlike the last of the Philips we were using that were struggling to reach 6 month before EOL

I suppose Philips are at that stage now where, because their only making batch quantities to order, anything goes, especially with the Osram branded ones
, can’t imagine the mood at Hamilton is a very happy one at the minute?
