Philips PLC*Electronic promotional keyrings

I found a few of these being sold on Ebay recently, all still shrink wrapped and unopened! These probably date back to the early 1990's when I believe the PLC lamp was introduced in a 9w variant (if these were older they would have a blue ring between the base/tube section.
