wow all that from a Xenon flash tube! must of been at quite high pressure, did you use the entire tubes worth or? also thats some impressive glass work Smile I love how the glass also seems to be glowing slightly from the UV id guess? any idea what the voltage drop is? I imagine being xenon its quite low for its length...

I wonder how much xenon was in those flash tubes in that big massive idustrial printer where I used to work. It was used for contactless fusing of the toner and was a geat big thing with a massive cabinet underneath contaning quite a few scary capacitors... 3 farads at 600v!!!!!!
