It's annoying isn't it? I don't know who it is, but there's one guy at work that ALWAYS does it, even though they know I salvage anything decent

It would drive me absolutely crazy. Maybe they are just being cunts and stopping anyone else using them

I bend the really shitty fittings once I've stripped them down for parts, only so I can fit them in my scrap bin tho. If it's half decent, or worthy of restoration, it gets saved anyway. If I don't bend them in half, you can see them over the gate and that then attracts the pikeys.
