There might not be emergency gear available. It does look pretty crap tbh and I never really see the point of putting emergency lights outside especially when they are not above an exit.

Probably the cheapest option, or work done by one of these, Romanian ‘electricians’

I’ve never seen them in anything other than black so these are rare. Rich this must of been done by a british electrician as they are 1 level and 2 not wired in red FP with a T&E clip holding it up every 1.5 M lol

The cheapest and by far best option would be to insert an UPS upstream in the line supplying all the bulkheads
