I don't refurbish ballasts anymore lol. I'll clean the dust & flaky paint off and put it to use

These are rare now, anything Transtar is

I've got a couple of these and all the paint has come off but they work perfectly as you would expect from Transtar. Still annoyed 30 years later that my mum binned 2 Transtar ballasts I robbed from a traffic island while I was at school
