First for me is this! You mate have come across some right gems this year Smile

Makes me wonder what else there is, not even explored half of the potential 'goldmines' yet.

I put it down to the location! Down here we have no old factories as we didn't have that much industrial places in the first place and what we did have that have become abandon over the years the local council has demolished and turned in to about 10000 houses with about 2' square gardens!

Love the colour!

Awesome find Shocked Cool
The pic makes it look almost magenta in colour!
I don't know how it is for you guys, but pink's here are much more rare than the other colours... I have yet to come across a 4-footer in pink, for some reason they're even harder to find than a T17!

@Kev:
Pretty much same thing where I'm at... there are no old abandoned buildings nearby.
Pretty much any old empty buildings in the city (office/factory/etc) either got gutted or demolished and turned into apartments/etc.

Expensive stuff in the city, its over $1000/month for a one bedroom apartment!

And from what I hear now, even empty warehouse space is at a premium (and basically non existent)...in part due to those places being turned into "grow operations" Laughing
