Interesting Dayburner... Spotted this rather sad looking Thorn Gamma Basique along the waterfront at West Kirkby on the Wirral. It is dayburning but not due to a faulty photocell... I wonder how much electricity across the country is wasted from birds?

ha, even the tops going rusty as they are painted steel on these no alumnium like the gamma 6, the bottoms proper monkey metal

Yeah it’s a bit cheap going from aluminium to stamped steel. The P107’s that were there and are probably two or three times old were in far better condition!

qagb much prefered the gamma 6s. the only good thing about the basique is the bowls they fit the gamma 6
