Why wouldn't it? You'd have to design a thin PCB and design the electronics to drive however many tubes you want but it's possible. Could even do it on a breadboard-like material or something like that. I could print it. Actually been looking at doing one of those exact fittings to do dual.

Yeah, you definitely wouldn’t be able to fit magnetic gear inside.

It's a shame. I'd rather drive them magnetically. I reckon you could just about get away with it electronically 2ft+ or 3ft+ magnetically but these fittings'll probably melt I've seen people cast 3D printed parts in tin with high temp silicone.

You’d get two 36w chokes inside for series operation, but not 3 lol.

I've seen really small 36w chokes. I bodged one in a netaline that had a damaged wire with all the magic sticking out of it. I reckon it can be cheekily done but it'd get so hot it'd melt the lamp holders. lol.

This looks superb. I think these 3D printers are amazing and provide a great opportunity to make things that cannot be bought!
