The writing on this one is the clearest of the two, the other becoming faded and worn, a bit weird when its hidden behind a cover plate. Both ballasts are silent, meaning usage has been very minimal, again making me wonder why this conversion was undertaken in the first place.

Love this style of Transtar ballast. Sadly tho I don't own any.

Still lovely ballasts. Only reason I can think they were changed is to save a bit of energy

ive got a pair of these transtar units, mine run a pair of 15 watt T12 tubes the prints in red on mine, the designs the same though
