Good find does it have a diagramme anywhere to show you the taps?

I’m still on the lookout for a cheap pair of 3kva 110v site transformers that I can run in reverse in series to get 480v output from the 240 input. Not to run lamp gear off though...

maybe I should post my American Jefferson transformer up. it can do 120 to 480 or i can use it as 120 to 240 volt set up.

Is 480v between phases common for street lighting over there? The GE M250 I imported had that gear in and does seem a little high for the purpose.
