8w Sylvania Toledo Radiance

There will be quite a few who don't like this but I personally find this lamp very interesting which is why I picked one up.
An LED lamp which makes no attempt to imitate or replace a traditional lamp and I kind of like the original design.
LED's give the designer so much more scope to make creative and interesting light sources and it does seem to me that they are under used in that regard.
The LED's fire out the middle of the lamp and most of the light is emitted by the outer ring but a bit is also emitted by dots etched into the transparent disc.
It does emit quite a lot of light and it's use for decorative or architectural applications could be quite interesting.
I'll get a lit pic is it does look very cool when lit.

Available in warm or cool white in a couple of different sizes and wattages and also with black bodies.
