I ordered 10 of these from eBay to use in a lamp in the living room as I didn't want to use any out of my collection, I don't expect them to last very long & will probably be violent when E.O.L.

My mother in law bought the same lamp stand as we have, as we had used all the Eveready 200 watt lamps (apart from one to preserve) I gave her some of these to use, now on the third one in less than a week! Lucky to get 10 hours out of one!

Ouch, those don't last long then!

Yes, modern junk GLS like these have a lifetime that is better measured in minutes than hours. I have to say even LED is far better than noname lamps such as these.

I’ve been looking to buy some better quality ones but seem hard to come by or expensive now, don’t want to use any from my collection, I might try a double adapter & 2 x 100 watt GLS if enough room in the shade.
