Failed LET 100w T12 8Ft
Back in April 2015 I picked up some NOS Light Emission Technologies 100w T12 8Ft lamps from a local firm who had changed their lighting scheme and were selling off their stock of obsolete lamps.
These do get quite frequent switching but also they get turned on and forgotten about and run for a few days before somebody notices and turns them off.
This is completely dead, it does not flicker or do anything when power is applied.
Spent it's whole life on an LEL Multipulse starter which gives a nice preheat before striking.

Not a great lifetime tbh. The old 8ft tubes usually last ages. Better off finding some GEs or Osrams.

Still better than the modern Sylvania 8' tubes - those do a year.....

Actually I made a mistake, I was going off the date displayed when I uploaded the image on here but I just checked the original image on my PC and I actually got these on 30-04-2015...

I still really want some of these US made LET tubes, they are such an interesting curiosity I think all of LETs tubes are now sourced from china sadly! but finding one aint been easy (and more specifically someone who would ship one!)

What makes me laugh about US lamps is the sheer number of warnings and other do and do not logos on them lol
