are they new? thats mad as i have a new single boxed one of these GEC black 120 ballasts, had a pair of lamps too, one went dead, the other i broke !! they are clear egg shape lamps with an ES cap on them

sorry for the delay yep they are new, more willing to swap rather than sell but i can if need be. gec then osram made the 120w son-e lamp (i) 1.4a unique

i got them for nothing so that is why i am hoping to swap, they are rare but willing to let them go apart from one - the one is tested fine
