PHILIPS HPW 125
So far I haven't had any success decoding the date code. Is it "A032" or the circle with the dot in the middle to the right?

I got an email from Max. He has a theory. I'm not familiar with lamp manufacture in the UK, so I'll copy and paste part of Max's answer as a quote:

"The date code system used here is unknown to me, it's possible that this lamp was made by another company for Philips.
Another possibility is that this lamp was made at the company's Hamilton factory in Scotland, and the date code could be derived from the ELMA system that was used by many British lamp manufacturers.
If this is the case, then it could correspond to August 1952. It's just a wild guess at this point."
