Very nice Rich!

nice! a proper British/Euro Spec 700W MBF of some kind is still on my hit list, I have 700W MBFR's and a few 700W H35 US spec lamps, but would you believe it, not a single normal British sort like this one! its very interesting to note the P18 engeneering code on the etch of the lamp, do you know the origin story of this lamp/where you got it etc?

This lamp was made in Belgium.

This came from James at the 2022 meet

very interesting! I dont suppose anyone asked him about the aforementioned engineering code on the etch and what that meant in regards to this lamp? it ususually indicates an engineering sample, or a type of common lamp that has something slightly tweaked about for a specific application etc
I bet it was logged somewhere?, there must be an engineering sample, or test batch list somewhere, similar to the date code/factory code lists?
I have some Philips SONs with P15 on i believe these are lamps that would have once been sent to councils / contractors as samples in brief cases!

So basically it is Philips version of the Kolorite kind of CRI quality - niiice
