Wow thats very cool! I have never seen such a large and beefy glow switch starter before! its also interesting to learn of the DNeSG 500 Lamp, I did a bit of googling and it looks like a Soviet version/copy of the GEC 400W Neon lamp

Yes, DNeSG 500 (old name ND2) is a powerful clone of the GE (or GEC) neon arc lamp. Unfortunately I still have no this lamp in my collection.
