Relamped a back alley at the doctors

At a doctors I look after there is a rather unusual setup of twin 8W bulkheads with maintained emergency 8W above none were working as the cheap shit time clock had packed up for the maintained emergencies (linked out now and rely just on photocell) and the tubes and ralco branded starter motors were dead in the 8W twins. One of the things I love about old FL fittings is that they can look like shit, 20 years old like this not worked for years most likely pop in a couple of tubes and they are away again!
