Interesting, wonder what that's all about? Was there much other fluorescent on the ship? Cruise ships of a certain age tend to be full to the brim of switch start fluorescent!

Yes it was rather surprising to see that display. It was a few years back now as I've been sorting out pictures. Up until a few years back it was entirely fluorescent everywhere and even coloured fluorescents up on the bridge at night,but now its the same fittings just with LED tubes
