AEG Koffer 150 cycling with a low frequency pulse ignitor near Carmel hospital

I think the ignitor is some generation of Eltam ES-50, as it flashing 3 pulses/sec, which is very close to the last generation which pulsing at 4 pulses/sec.
The low frequency pulse ignitor that came standard with some AEG Koffer 150 for 150W SON lamps, is much slower than this.
In the background, you can see a cycling AEG Stradasole 530, but I didn't captured it, as I feared that the Hormann ECN 3000 siren above the building of Carmel hospital, would take off, in the case of an alarm in Haifa.
Near this Koffer, there is another Koffer that glowing pinkish colour, but don't cycling.
