These weren't too bad either though not as good as the old full wattage ones This one may be a later one too as they used to be 14W=16W rather than 15W and it's in the cardboard box rather than a blister pack

@Beta 5: I wouldn't use one in an outdoor 16W fixture during this time of the year I guess that GE tried notching it one up after seeing how a bit of a pain it was with 14W very slow warmup - still they had excellent lifespan as expected of GE. Mostly I'd use this in the bedroom as the slow warmup would let your eyesight adjust for waking up in the dark mornings during this time of the year
