Does this Harvard ballast dim the SON-T lamp at certain times of the night like what you see around Surrey and Hampshire?

Always nice to drive underneath the Arcs and Iridiums that have these Harvard dimming electronic ballasts that create a deeper orange amber glow, like as if the SON-T lamps are running on MV gear that have got an ignitor wired into the circuit

The reflector domes in the 90s are huge compared to the 80s! Very Happy
