Test rig 3

So this is its 3rd re-build, it started life as a 70 I on the 27/12/24, before being rebuilt to 50 E, and now it’s final incarnation is for 70 E with Philips gear, for that indoor SON glow!
However I think the ballast is dodgy, it flickers!, on new and old lamps?, normally I can’t detect 50 Hz flicker, but I can on this? This lamp in it now is the 70 watt Venture that did 2 years in the Nordex.
