NOS Osram HQI-TS 70W/WDL pre-Excellence from 1988

I bought this lamp at eBay. Despite WDL, it have Sn-In-Tl-Na like the NDL one and unlike the single ended HQI-T 70W/WDL. There is also Li impurity.
Despite the presence of tin, the arc isn't diffused at all, which means that my Venture MH-DE 70W/UVS/PDX also have it, which is reasonable for the vapor afterglow when turning off the lamp.
What is strange, the electrodes looks different than that of my MH lamps: They looks like tungsten coils.
This lamp have a UVC transmitting quartz jacket, because of the warning on the package and the outer don't glowing under UV. I hope that the glass cover of my tracklight would protect from it.
