School urbis ZX1

This lamp post had obviously been fitted by SSE, complete Cornwall Council spec. Some retard has then come along and fitted a piece of shit corncob lamp. This was not even on my list of work to do today but I could not continue working at this school walking past this every time I come in. Philips electronic ballast reconnected, GE Lucalox 70 W XO lamp installed. Back to how it should be.
