Yours look like the old Sylvania design lamps which lack the usual UV-Enhancer glowbottle. If you look closely at the arc tube pinch seal near the cap side, you may see that there is a bubble in the press, with its own small electrode welded to the moly foil. Quiite an innovative design thats not seen so often!
