That's a good idea, the glass cover is essential for these little beasts! Didn't realise you could get an E40 adaptor for GX9.5 lamps. Cool

In this form it would be the perfect paint shop or art gallery lighting! Cool

Heh, yeah it would give excellent CRI... if not a little expensive! You'd probably be better off with a GE Arcstream 960 Smile
The adapter I put together myself. I picked up a load of Venture E40 to PGZ12 adapters a while ago and the big thick ally plate can be drilled and tapped for anything!

The arc of the BriteArc lamp is too small for the large optic of this fixture.

That’s easy any corn cob lamp. What ballast do these lamps run on?
