Plusrite (Venture) 400 watt halide lamp
Yes, I've always thought that 35,000 lumens in my tiny 13/9 foot room is way too much light, but using my furthest E40 lamp holder in the corner it's not too bad, very good room heater though!

I'm currently getting some crazy arc wander on this lamp! Very Happy. All the shadows in the room are dancing! Razz

A place where I used to work had 400w high bays in one of the machine halls (i saved one when they were replaced) and a couple of the lamps in them were swirlers. Was quite annoying if you were working underneath one as the shadows cast would be constantly moving around slightly!

I love arc wander in halides, however this is the only one I have that does it! I've currently got the GE CMH running, the colour is stunning even though it's on mercury gear and 1.15 amps under running, however it's still only drawing 108 volts from the ballast Cool
