I`ve had not one complaint to date, but this one shines directly into my neighbour Rachel`s bedroom, and although she has never said anything about it, putting it in a coach light will take the direct glare of the lamp off for her, but still light the garden the same.

This was the only one I was concerned with, when I fitted it in August 2012, its first night lit 3 houses up along our block!, I was expecting loud complaints, but didn`t get one!

I was concerned with the front one when i first put that up. The very first lantern i put up the ZX1 or kev put up i got a complaint straight away which made me just wanna switch it off but i had that up and decided it was too bright anyway. Thats when i went 35w SOX in the Beta 5 that seemed to be liked. I had one neighbour even ask me if i had a spare one for her house and would i install it! Then the Cosmo mini iridium That was the best for its light distribution now this SON. No complaints.

Ta Andy, but this is going coach in the morning, I can understand what Dans saying, my house, (like his), has a row `off set` to the right the same, so this light is more direct in that row, than directly next door, and I get on well with Rachel, so don`t want to upset her!

I'm sure if she had aproblem rich she would politely say!! She prob likes it

Yeah their ok neighbours, her mum Wendy didn`t complain about the 250watt SON from the Astra in their conservatory!!!

Lol you should go back to 250W SON! Probably appreciate it just tell them it's for anti vandal protection lol
