Almost looks cosy compared to the stark light from LEDs.Better lit aswell.

Makes me miss our GR150's
|
|

I miss the SGS203s i had up my street

At least we got SON & CPO instead of LED shite anyway.

Not be for long. Theyll fall into the trap and like they are her everything will get changed. Even young columns are going here now

More light under SOX couldn't even tell there were houses behind under LED
|
|

Heres the thing though, there isn`t more light under the SOX!, what I found most interesting about these 2 photos, (I have spent many minutes flicking between them), the light out put on the road is exactly the same, it looks darker only because LED seems to not create any sky glow, or light spill on the houses. My camera isn`t a fancy one but both photos were taken on the same, (night portrait), setting.

Well on my road we used to have Eleco GR150's which lit up the road and the grass verge & footpath. Now we have SON WRTL Airtrace 2's which admittedly lights the road up better but the rest was so dark they had to add CPO Urbis Evolos to light up the footpath! Probably using well more power than the old SOX installation.

I answered the LED one fist... The SOX has better light coverage. Look how it gives that warm glow to not only the road and pavement but also the front of peoples houses and their gardens - much more secure and I bet the total circute is less wattage

Not a lot in it, but the SOX are 7watts more.
