That lasted lol

The LED? That's on a separate switch. I've fitted a 3 gang switch for the fluorescents and one of them massive 1 gang MK switches for the LED

Thanks Danny, to be honest it's not the best garage though as it's been very poorly built by the previous owner on the worst concrete slab you've ever seen. The original wiring was a death trap too!! And it's damp in winter months, some mint fittings I've rescued have gone rusty in here I'm in talks with the better half about getting a proper barn built at the minute, 60ft x 40ft! I could use ALL my fittings in there! lol

Lol that sounds awesome

Yeah it would be good. Would also give us somewhere to store furniture etc during house renovations

Looking good!

The sockets in the roof line are a good idea, I`ve only ever seen this in the Pickering show ground main hall in North Yorkshire, where they has a twin gang socket at each 400watt high bay.

Had the first tube failure today, the one on the far right in the picture fitted in the Crompack. It was a Philips manufactured Osram 65w/535, a newer one that has the rectangular insert around the pins rather than the round one. It had lost emission so would just flash on a glow bottle starter. Shame as it was still nice & bright
