Again, how rare is this one, as not seen these before either, looks like De-Luxe warm white as did a comparison, did this home lite name replace De-Luxe warm white does anyone know or was it a colour in its own right?

In the 1970s Home-lite was Marketed as mazda in the national press and available only in 4 and 5 foot T12s I have the 5ft version bought new back then.not seen this Thorn version before though!

did a comparison with a GEC De-Luxe warm white, and it thought the De-Luxe was a tad warmer, but very simelar

Indeed very rare, only made for a few years. DXWW was a 3000K tube and this one is still warmer at 2700K. It predates triphosphor tube and is made with ordinary white calcium halophosphate heavily doped with red-emitting magnesium fluorogermanate and yellow-emitting cerium yttrium aluminium garnet, phosphors more commonly known from mercury outer bulbs.

thats very intereesting james, how does the Atlas PEACH tube compare colour wise to the home Lite then? would the Peach be warmer still? this a tube in 5 foot i have been after for years if you can help?
