8w LED
With Milton Keynes going LED i was keen up to upgrade the lighting outside our house before the streets are completely LED, since the garage light was renoved over a year ago and the light outside the front door both didn't really light up the front that well so was ideal to get something better,

The garage light was fitted on 17th Sep with help of Nick Cooper and James Cobbett

That is a smart looking fitting. Is that a proper glass bowl and porcelain lamp holder?

Thanks Bywater, for telling everybody who helped you install this shoddy LED fitting. Anybody want to egg his house? PM me.

FrontSideBus: I would fancy running some other type of lamp in this Wink

Andy: Yeah actual glass bowl and porcelain lamp holder Smile

Mr Shoddy: thought I'd share the greatness of Mr Shoddy's handy work 😂😉

Also 18w sox across my mind

Wouldn`t fit, you need an average 9 inch internal space to fit an 18 SOX in Neutral , MBF may be too overpowering in here, but one of Philips`s 7.5watt 4000K LED would give you that MBF colour without the glare.
