ATLAS Double Life 125w Warm White (EOL)

Found fitted in an Atlantic Mk1, could it be the original tube?

Sadly this is EOL, the cathodes glow orange and it doesn't even flash.

Might just be contaminated and therefore recoverable with a neon transformer

Manufactured March '64 according to Lee. Anyone know what period Atlantic 1's were made?

Update: It's dead, Jim... Tried it again today and a cathode blew out after a couple of minutes trying to strike on a glow bottle starter. Off to the recycling bin it goes
