Interesting paint job.

very cool find! that paint job looks surprisingly well done i wonder if it was done by Fitzy themselfs? It would be interesting to see if the lamp holders are just painted or actually made out of black plastic. if they are black plastic that id say this was a Proper job by Fitzgerald.

The fact that the fitting has been stripped and had the inside painted aswell instead of just the outside tells me this is either factory or modded by another company that deals in disco/effects lighting. Just a shame the switch wasn't black too.

yeah I was thinking the same, it would be really cool to get a 4ft version, shame about the white rocker switch, needs swapping out for a matt black one

The holders are black plastic. They feel a bit tacky to be Fitzholders but you never know. With the effort that has gone into making it i'd reckon the switches are white on purpose to make it easier seeing them in a dark room. These GE tubes are quality! The thing is much brighter than my unbranded T8's I'm sure a black switch can be found. I also have a T10 if anyone wants to have a look.

GE blacklight tube is very easy to get as sold in most places that sold GE lamps, Walmart, lowes, Ace in the USA. any closing down shop that sold GE usually can be bought little as 80 pence

I need a plane ticket asap! Can confirm the whole fitting is Fitzgerald. LPF20/P99295.
